Below are some examples of popular modules:

  • Brand CloseUp - A fast-track run-through of your brand with the objective of identifying key strengths and weaknesses.
    Output: Identification of development needs and a recommended shortlist of brand initiatives.
  • Brand Sharpener Workshop - Based on your given brand challenge, a one-day workshop session will explore dimensions of your brand that can be sharpened in order to tackle the challenge.
    Output: Evolved, hypothesized brand content and a recommendation on how to move things forward.
  • Brand Reimagination Workshop - During a one-day workshop session, we will seek inspiration from outside your category and together reimagine different aspects of your brand. Is there a need to redefine your domain/territory? Can you strengthen your brand’s relevance by creating a new category or sub-category? Is there a sharper way to articulate and package/conceptualize your offering? What are some untapped opportunities in terms of product/service/experience ideas/concepts?
    Output: Hypothesized brand ideas and a shortlist of recommended projects to pursue.
  • Empathy Mapping - Are you on top of what needs are currently being met vs. unmet in your category/arena? What issues and sources of irritation are people who use products/services in your category experiencing? Which unarticulated needs are there yet to be satisfied?
    Output: An Empathy Map – an exploratory, empathic mapping of the problems and frustrations that people experience when trying to satisfy their needs in your category. This will result in the identification of new brand opportunities.

Brand Story & Culture

For a brand to be successful, it needs a clear, distinctive, relevant and engaging story that is simple enough to be told and re-told by any of your stakeholders.

Magnus will help you craft a compelling brand story coupled with a messaging hierarchy – outlining the key messages by stakeholder group – and, if applicable, devise a value-adding tagline/slogan.

To uncover its true potential, the brand story needs to be implemented throughout your entire organization, to thereby gain buy-in and engagement among your employees. Furthermore, the accompanying brand values need to be translated into corresponding behaviors for people to see the relevance and value of living the brand.

Magnus Kähler is one of Sweden’s most diverse and experienced brand strategists, with a proven track record of developing global brand platforms and strategies for a multitude of leading brands worldwide.
